Visitors and residents alike will be able to enjoy world class design in a unique seaside location and experience breathtaking views of the coastline and the city of Brighton and Hove

The development will see 853 new apartments, of which 40% will be affordable to help essential city workers to buy and rent homes. It also includes space for restaurants, cafes, a viewing gallery, a yacht club and a RNLI station. The design incorporates a range of buildings of complementary architectural styles and two new bridges, one of which enhances the link between the marina and the city.

The new development retains many of the features of the original scheme, including the striking 40 storey tower located over a quarter of a mile south of the cliff.
