Brighton Marina Future

This is the website for the new Brighton Marina development that received planning approval from Brighton & Hove City Council in June 2006. A general meeting of the Council has also used its right to permit the development in respect of the Brighton Marina Act in July 2006. The development ensures an exciting future for the Marina and it will bring world-class architecture to one of the largest marinas in Europe.

Brighton Marina has become an integral part of the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Brighton and Hove and is now set for the next stage of its evolution. The approved plans will see 853 new apartments, of which 40% will be affordable to help essential city workers to buy and rent homes. Further details of the development can be found throughout this website, and it is anticipated that work on the site will commence in spring 2007.
